From the Montagne les Reims region of Champagne, Aubry has a practice of including traditional Champagne grape varieties that have mainly fallen by the wayside in Champagne. Besides Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay this wine uses Arbanne, Petit Meslier, and Fromenteau. Flavours of lilting orchard fruits, spices, and dried flowers are found in this delicious champagne.
